The entire cremation process can be handled within 24 -
48 hours of our taking your pet into our care. Part of our
service guarantee is that if we take more than 72 hours to
return your pet's cremation remains we'll waive the cremation
fee. Two types of pet cremation are available: private
cremation and community (group) cremation. The best way to
determine which is right for you and your pet is to ask
yourself, "Is it important to me to have my pet's ashes
back?"
Private Cremation:
Your pet is cremated individually and
returned to you in a temporary container. Placement of your
pet's remains in one of our many urns is optional. We offer, at no cost,
to place your pets remains in an urn or container that you
provide or you may wish to choose one of the many urns we
have. Private cremation gives you a chance to memorialize
your pet in a way that best suits your relationship and
emotional needs. Many urns can be personalized to best
represent how your pet impacted you and your family’s life.
At Metro Pet Crematory we
maintain the highest level of controls and follow a series
of redundant procedures to guarantee the individuality of
your beloved pet.
Private Pet Cremation: An industry
standard is to base cremation fees on the weight of a pet.
